This Bulletin was published as first one of japanese winds percussion and band field, and it is recognized as academical bulletin by japanese music specialists.

	ACCORD contains member's letter, techinial articles on teaching, member's information, composer interviews, band information, a vital resouce for wind percussion and band, e.t.c., and it is publising twice a year by A.S.J.P.B.
